How Do I Create An AI-Based Evaluation Of Requirements?

With AI, you can carry out an initial evaluation of software solutions in just two steps.

1. Add solutions

Firstly, the desired software products must be included in the Shortlist:

  • Search for the desired products in the solution database or the AI suggestions.
  • Add the solution manually

2. Generate AI evaluation

Once the solutions have been added, the AI can perform an automatic evaluation:

  • Switch to the analysis view (shortlist).
  • Add the solutions to the evaluation.
  • Click on the ‘AI evaluation’ button.
  • Confirm the creation of the valuation.

The AI now begins to collect relevant information about the solutions. In doing so, it analyses various documents, e.g:

  • Content on the provider's website
  • Product information and publicly available data

The AI answers your requirements in a similar way to how a provider would.

3. Results of the AI assessment

You can view the results once the assessment has been completed:

  • The AI indicates whether a solution fulfils certain requirements.
  • It provides an explanation as to why a requirement is fulfilled.
  • The source of the information is also indicated (e.g. the provider's website).
